WELCOME !

WELCOME ! So ever since the crystal cathedral closed down...and the catholic church took over, I've been concerned about what happened to the Schuller family...all of them. Of course as of this entry (6/26/14) we know about the late Arvella Schuller having passed away...thoughts & prayers & RIP...; and we know that Robbie Schuller (the 3rd) took over as the church moved to its new location (and is now known as Shepherd's Grove), and we know (vaguely) that Sheila Schuller took her music team & some of the congregation to a hotel church (and now have a permanent location in the city of Orange), but what about the rest of the Schullers  (ie Gretchen, Carol, Robert A, et al) ? I just want to know that they are in our (or at least my family's) thoughts & prayers & want to share how they are doing, if possible, so that others  who also care can keep them in their thoughts & prayers as well. I personally do not have any negative thoughts or ill will towards any of the Schullers, even if some do. I think they did their very best to keep the cathedral going to the end, even if they didn't take my suggestion to have a giant celebrity fundraiser (think of all the amazing guests they've had over the years coming together for a televised fundraiser...it would have been incredible!). Anyways, with this blog I hope to post appropriate updates (not intrusive, not papparazi-style) about how the Schullers are doing, for our thoughts & prayers. God bless the Schullers. They, or he & she (RHS & Arvella) started a great church that in some ways is still going today both as the Christ Cathedral as well as the Shepherd's Grove, and also as part of Sheila's congregation, among other little "splinters" about which we may be unaware (I heard that R.A. Schuller is involved in God Tube among other things). As the Bible says "A kernel of wheat must die..." in order
for some good things to  happen  (ie "Jesus

replied:

“The hour has come for the Son of
Man to be glorified. 24Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the
ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds..." John 12.24

Perhaps, paradoxically, the Crystal Cathedral was supposed to come to an end, according to God's will, in order that more seeds may be produced ! Let us hope & pray that this is God's will !

Stay tuned for more information. God bless you all, and God bless the Schuller family.
