Tim comes to North Coast with over 30 years of Christian leadership experience. Tim served 20 years at the
Vineyard Christian Fellowship in Anaheim as a lay leader,
staff Pastor and as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Tim
then served 15 years at the Crystal Cathedral Ministries
in their counseling center, as an executive pastor, and as
a church planter. Tim earned both a Masters of Science
in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Masters of Divinity
in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Tim has a
unique gift of optimism and advocacy for couples to
celebrate not only the good, but to overcome the bad,
and the ugly in their relationships. Tim also has a
profound dedication to help men work through sexual
addictions of any kind. Tim has enjoyed over 27 years of
marriage to his wonderful wife Carol. They have five
